Terms of use

Last updated: 21 October 2026. Maverick Frame CRM is an internal business tool for authorized Maverick Frame Studio staff. These terms describe use of the CRM and its Gmail connection.

Authorized use

Use your own CRM account and access only the records and mailboxes assigned to you. Connect a Google account only if you own it or are authorized to use it for this purpose. Protect your sign-in details and report unexpected access to the CRM administrator.

Connecting and using Gmail

Google connection is optional and subject to your CRM role. The Gmail account holder grants access directly through Google. Sending requires both CRM sending permission and the appropriate Google grant. You are responsible for the messages you choose to send and for complying with applicable workplace and Google usage rules.

Connecting a personal mailbox does not make it shared with colleagues. Access to shared business mailboxes is governed by their CRM permissions. Google connection does not provide public registration or replace staff sign-in.

Ending access

You can disconnect your mailbox from Mail settings and revoke authorization through Google. Google may also revoke a grant or require you to sign in again. Disconnection stops new synchronization and sending but does not automatically remove previously imported correspondence. See the privacy policy for retention and deletion requests.
