Maverick Frame CRM is the internal workspace used by Maverick Frame Studio staff to manage client relationships, projects, tasks and business correspondence.

Your Gmail, inside your workspace

Eligible staff can connect their own Google account from Mail settings. With the account holder’s permission, the CRM imports Gmail conversations, displays messages and attachments, and lets staff with sending permission send and reply to email.

A newly connected personal mailbox is private to its owner in the CRM. Access to existing shared or assigned business mailboxes follows the CRM’s mailbox permissions. Connecting Google does not create a CRM account or give other staff access to a personal mailbox.

Access stays under your control

Staff sign in with an existing CRM account. Each Gmail owner chooses which Google account to connect and approves access directly with Google. They can disconnect the mailbox in the CRM or revoke access in their Google account.
